Ezer means one thousand in Hungarian. Magyar is the name the Hungarians call themselves, Nemzeti is national. Pengo was the unit of currency between 1925-46.

agree Csaba Ban : In 1930's, 200 pengő was a good monthly salary. In 1945/46, the currency went into hyperinflation (the highest in history), before Forint was introduced on August 1st, 1946 (still in circulation)
