Dutch to English Law/Patents

Again, this is a phrase from a legal translation I'm currently working on - it's almost done, but there's one last thing I wasn't sure about, namely the use of "van overheidswege" in the context of the following sentence:

Artikel [..]- Investeringsfaciliteiten

Terzake van de onderhavige overeenkomst geldt [...] als fiscaal eigenaar zodat de lessee zich dan ook zal onthouden van het claimen van een terzake van het object eventueel toepasselijke premie van overheidswege.
