The term is used such as "Products field return is not accepted". I think this is something related to the Japanese"返品" but don't know the difference between "return" and "field return".

There does not seem to be a definite meaning for this term, so it is best to understand it in the context. Below is my attempt to give you a starting point.
The term "field" probably means the place where the product is used--an example is a consumer's house. If a consumer returns a product to a shop, it is a field return.
The term "field return" is often associated with product breakdowns or failures.
A typical field return, therefore, is a product returned by a CONSUMER because of its DEFECTS or FAILURES. If a SHOP returns UNSOLD goods to a manufacturer, it is NOT a field return.
There might be a tricky case where a shop returns a defective product to a manufacturer. The second reference below treats such a case as a field return.
Field Returns are Material returned to Supplier that has been
purchased by a customer and either used or not used. This Material may represent both defective and non-defective units.http://sec.edgar-online.com/1999/06/09/08/0000950144-99-0071...
Field returns are defective products which are ascertained subsequent to the vehicle's delivery to a dealer or user.
