Mehmet'le aynı fikideyim; Birden fazla özel veya tüzel kişiden oluşan tarafların söz konusu olduğu bütün sözleşmeler müşterek ve müteselsil olacak ve işbu sözleşmede kullanılan 3. tekil şahıs (it ) ilgili bütün tarafları ve kişileri kapsayacaktır..." türünden bir çeviri olabilir belki....

the neuter singular gender Özne tekil, çoğul, kişi ya da kurum, erkil ("he") ya da dişil ("she") olsa da, sözleşme boyunca "it" şeklindeki üçüncü tekil şahısla ifade edilecektir deniyor. Bu nedenle cümleyi birebir çevirmenize gerek olmayabilir.
