English term

confusingly

English to French Law/Patents
Je ne travaille pas vers le français professionnellement, mais j'ai besoin de savoir comment traduire "confusingly" dans cette phrase.

"We hereby undertake as follows not to use the Trade Mark XXX or any trade mark confusingly similar to YYY".

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks. I played around with "suffissament ressemblante" and "prêter à confusion", ideas which were bubbling under somewhere. I had been hoping that I would be able to find some shorter way of doing it but it's probably not possible. "

marque déposée is actually a registered trademark ® as opposed to a trademark ™
