In der OP-Technik für eine Hüft-Endoprothese ist in der präoperativen Planung die Bestimmung der Komponentengrößen anhand von Schablonen beschrieben.

Hier heißt es: ... "The hip center is marked on the radiograph to facilitate determination of neck length, offset, and level of the femoral neck cut with femoral templating."

Der Satz danach bereitet mir Probleme:

"Typically, the head is templated to a zero head center."

Was ist denn damit gemeint?? Wird der Femurkopf auf eine bestimmte Winkelposition eingestellt? Auf dem Röntgenbild, das die Schablone zeigt, kann ich leider keine passende Markierung sehen...
