English to Polish Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Royalty rate:
In Sales : [ ] % of Net Invoiced Billings
Out Sales: [ ] % of Net Invoiced Billings
Except that the Royalty Rates applicable to sales of *** Branded Articles or Mix and Match
Articles shall be:
In Sales 6.5% of Net Invoiced Billings
Out Sales 9.2% of Net Invoiced Billings
For the avoidance of doubt, where an Article which would fall within the definition of *** or Mix and Match but is sold together in the same SKU with one or more Articles which
do not fall within either of such definitions then a Royalty Rate of 13% or 18.4%, for In Sales and
Out Sales respectively, shall be applicable
