'persecución'


Explanation:
If you mean 'stalking' in the sense that a bloke makes a usually-famous woamn's life miserable by persecuting her, but not necessarily going so far as to attack her, 'persecución'

I seem to remember that somoeone was charged recently with this offence, so it was on the news (in Spanish). Can't remeber the woman involved though

I beleive the word I have seen used in legal documents for "Stalking" is "acosando", since you are not really being speciffic about how, as in "persiguiendo = persuing" or "acechando = threatening", "atacando = atacking" or "indagando = investigating."
