The detailed inspection report shall include information relative to conditions of water supply, gravity and
pressure tanks and levels therein, valves, risers, piping, sprinkler heads, hose valves, hoses and nozzles,
siamese connections, alarms, fire pumps, obstructions, and conditions of all other system equipment and
appurtenances. All defects of violations shall be noted on the report. Records should be kept for one year
and be made available to any representative of the Fire Department.
