I'm afraid I've got another difficult one - Elektrotechnik, with itemised lists, so little context.

Ok, my Routledge gives 'spring terminal' for 'Federklemme'. The 'Kaefig' adds 'squirrel-caged' or 'caged' to it. A 'Zugfeder' is a tensioning or pull-off spring.
You can say 'caged tensioning spring terminal' but I didn't get any results after a google search.
See first link for caged spring terminal.
4-fach means the box has 4 drawers, compartments or sections.
Routledge gives 'double seizing' for 'Doppelbelegung'.
