English translation:construction rubble sorting or sorting of construction rubble
Explanation:
Everybody so far has part of the right answer. Based on nearly all the dictionaries I have, four points are important.

1. It is "sorting" not "locating"

2. The words "construction or builder's or (not quite so good) building" must be included because that is a special category of waste in Germany.

3. "Removal" is not mentioned, so it should not be used. It may be that they only have a site where others can bring their construction rubble/debris for sorting in accordance with the German waste disposal laws.

4. The words "rubble or debris" (not simply waste or rubbish) are important because a relatively large proportion of this stuff must be nearly inert, environmentally harmless and stable when compacted because it will be used for fill material in future construction projects. That is why they sort it.

Explanation:
First of all: I'm not sure that Bauschuttsortierung should be translated too literally.

I found this relevant site:

Construction and Demolition Debris Recycling Program
http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/ConDemo/

From this material you could fabricate this translation of Bauschuttsortierung:

demolition debris separation

BUT I suspect that this is the English technical term:

Job Site Source Separation

(possibly without the "job")

I found it as the title of an article that starts like this:

The disposal of wastes generated from construction and demolition (C&D) activities represent a significant portion of operating expenses in addition to consuming valuable landfill space. C&D waste represents a significant part of the solid waste stream, with current estimates at 28 percent of the total tonnage. Its reduction also will help meet the state mandated diversion goal of 50 percent by 2000.

Separation of materials on a job site provides a specific, clean waste stream that can be processed into products made from materials that would otherwise be discarded. This end result can be achieved if the material is commingled, but separating the useful material afterwards at a material recovery facility adds cost, contamination, and decreases the likelihood of high order uses of construction and demolition wastes.

A contractor or builder would want to practice source separation at a job site to save on disposal costs and potentially generate income through the sale of salvaged material. To maximize the disposal cost savings, the additional labor requirements must be minimized by planning a source separation strategy and locating local processors that will meet your needs.

Builders' Debris Sorting

Explanation:
As the two words are in this case synonyms, there is nothing wrong with the word "separation" instead of "sorting" if you prefer it.

There is a lot of possible danger for you though with the phrase:

(Job) Site Source Separation

because if you do not know for sure that your client goes out to other construction companies' sites to sort/separate debris/rubble, then you should not use the phrase because it might be an error. Besides that, the phrase "(Job) Site Source Separation" sounds more like an environmental protection principle rather than a service one construction company offers to others.

For me, the best suggestion from Sirius well-researched answer comes from the name of the California recycling program:

"Construction and Demolition Debris Sorting/Separation"

This is, most likely, too long for a signboard or letterhead. The number of keystrokes should, if possible, similar to or fewer than the German version:

"Bauschuttsortierung" = 19 keystrokes

"Builders' Debris Sorting" = 24 keystrokes, or simply

"Debris Sorting" = 14 Keystrokes, is a better length but might prompt a lot of phone calls from people who wish to get rid of their household debris.
