chiuso? I'm sorry I didn't see your May 20 question until now. Perhaps you already have an answer. I would translate it as Unified Office of Prosecutor ("public" not necessary, all prosecutors in EN are public) but, again, this is not a concept known in US or UK. I assume there's a historical reason for it in Italy - offices were consolidated - but I don't know the history. The "Unificata" concept also appears in EU but I don't think the EU Procura unificata has been established.
