I checked Codeluppi and this is what is gives for "utile" in the sense of "beneficio, interesse". In your sense it is not clear (to me) whether it refers to earnings, interests, yields or to a more general sense of advantages/benefits. This is why I prefer "benefits" because it might fit the two meanings.
For utilita' Codeluppi gives Usefulness, utility, use, but I don't think that they foot the bill here.
