I don't understand the way this French expression is used in an Italian sentence. The context is an exhibition about 'audacity' to launch a new product: l’audacia vista in chiave moderna, attraverso le personalità e il carattere, il train de vie, l’abbigliamento, gli accessori.

flash cars and expensive holidays probably! The Italians have probably used French for effect. Somehow "stile di vità" doesn't have the same "je ne sais quoi"!
