Keyboard shortcuts - Parallels and XP

I'm using a Mac with Parallels (Win XP) and SDLX 2007 SP3.

Unfortunately, the keyboard shortcut Alt+1 opens the Windows Start panel instead of pasting the top match into my translation screen. Alt+2 etc. work fine. Can I change the shortcut settings under SDLX 2007 or Win XP?
