100% translations not being adopted in Trados 2011

I have just translated a file, and the next has many identical segments, but they are not automatically being entered as is usually the case. Strangely enough, it suggests fuzzy matches with e.g. 50% similarity, but the 100% match is ignored. Does anyone know why this might be happening, or how to fix it?
