Is there a way to convert tmx file into xliff 1.2?

Hello!
I need to export several not very big TMs for proofing. Unfortunately, they contain HTML tags and some variables as plain text.
My goal is to transform them into xliff 1.2 cause the Studio file type for it supports embedded content.
Is there a smart way of transforming tmx into xliff 1.2?
