Albanian to English Law/Patents Law (general) paneli për lirim me kusht
A document from Paneli për Lirim me Kusht has the reference PLK. D. nr. I think the D stands for ditari. Good guess or a bad one?

That is what a professional translator does Sometimes clients do not even care what the problem is. It does not happen that often but when it does, it could be a big problem.

In some cases ... I have sent the question to the authority itself. Sometimes with good result, sometimes without answer or a very late answer.

Brute solution I decided to leave it as it was. Normally I want to translate the abbreviations, but I felt this case wasn't normal.

I asked a friend of mine about the 'D.' in this decision abbreviation but she did not know what it meant. Did your client clarify what it meant? An answer could help us in the future in case we come across the same word/issue.

Could be but... "Aktvendim" is translated as "decision". If you refer to the link I posted, they use the word 'aktvendim'.
CRP issues decisions, not merely 'documents'. Of course, a decision is a document but not every document is a decision-it could be a certificate, confirmation, attestation, etc.

I think it's "direktiva" which becomes: Paneli për Lirim me Kusht, Direktiva Nr.

neutral MSc Jonis Buzi : "Directive" is too much a serious document than a mere decision. I have never encountered a Panel that issues directives. Ministries and higher authority bodies can.
