restraint - это ограничитель/стопор, т.е. это некоторая связь, которая крепит трубу/фланец. Она может быть жесткой по одной координате и подвижной (гибкой) по другой.
В некотором расчетном ПО (для проверки нагрузок) есть раздел, который так и называется restraint summary report, например, в CAESAR
