You could also say "voltear/ubicar/girar (asiento) enfrentando la parte posterior de la nave", although this would be a very long translation.
For "track" I think "pista" is appropiate, those seats can rotate as well as slide on a "track" ( pista/vía) .
Depending on the context you may opt for "trayectoria" as translation for track, since the seats slide back and forth on a track (trayectoria).
You may also encounter the term "track lighting", which means "luces que indican el pasillo" or "luces de trayectoria".
I'd like to credit my wife Sharon (the flight attendant) for her advice, without her help it would've been impossible to figure this out.

'FACE SEAT AFT' - The passenger seats can rotate through 360 degrees & for this particular seat, for take-off & landing the passenger must face rearwards.
'TRACK AGAINST SIDEWALL' - The passenger seats can also move (track) forward, backwards, left & for this particular seat, for take-off & landing the seat must be locked against the side of the aircraft.
To clarify, these are not normal passenger seats, but executive style.
