Welcome to class

Non-PRO English to Spanish Other
I am teaching 6th grade social studies and would like to create a bulletin board welcoming students to class in as many languages as possible.

Proposed translations

3 hrs
Selected

Bienvenidos a la clase de...

Ciencias Sociales

an alternative to my previous answer, in case you wish to welcome your pupils to that SPECIFIC class.

Hope it helps

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Because there were so many Spanish translators, and most, of which, all had the exact same translation using the exact same reference, it was very difficult to choose; however, I selected this one because the last portion was more personalized, which factors significantly when almost every other response seems are carbon copy of the other!"

Bienvenidos

In plural. Bienvenidos would be more than sufficient.

Bienvenidos a clases

Yo diría "bienvenidos" (son varios alumnos, me imagino) "a clases"

clase (sing.) = se refiere a la clase (grupo o promoción de estudiantes) o a una materia determinada (una clase de matemáticas)

clases (plur.) = se refiere a la enseñanza en sí ("las clases comienzan en ...")

Así lo entiendo yo al menos.

Ojalá te sirva.
