Yo diría "bienvenidos" (son varios alumnos, me imagino) "a clases"
clase (sing.) = se refiere a la clase (grupo o promoción de estudiantes) o a una materia determinada (una clase de matemáticas)
clases (plur.) = se refiere a la enseñanza en sí ("las clases comienzan en ...")
