What is the difference between these two "account balancing fees". I've got a list of various bank fees charged for various accounts and no other context. Both fees are charged on the same types of accounts.
Is one for periodic account balancing and one for balancing on request?

That's how I read google definitions.
The account statement fees seem to be due on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, so you could also call them 'periodic settlement fees'
