Yes, in this sequence I prefer your suggestion, while one can't be absolutely sure (in my previous work environment, "Tx" was "transplantation", for instance; could that fit here?); if it were not for the specific place in this summing up, Tx of course might mean thorax.

In English, it´s called a torax x-ray, check this at google and you´ll see a million hits.
