I am a Croatian sworn court translator with over 15 years of professional experience translating legal documents from English and German into Croatian. My work combines a strong linguistic background and specialisation in judicial and administrative fields with a new growing focus on audiovisual localisation and subtitling.

I have translated and subtitled documentaries and short films for cultural organisations and international film festivals, working with Subtitle Edit to produce clear, natural subtitles that respect timing, readability and the original intent of the speaker.

My editorial experience at Deutsche Welle and my professional background across several European countries have strengthened my sensitivity to language and culture. I am particularly interested in subtitling documentaries and cultural programming with special interest in sustainability.
