The XYZ Group is one of the market leaders in luxury goods, famous for its ability to predict and steer the changing trends and aspirations of its customers through its style solutions which, over the years, have become a point of reference for the whole sector.
With the brands XYZ, ABC, DEF and JKL, the Group manufactures and markets top quality handbags, leather goods, footwear, clothes and accessories. Based on licence agreements which are carefully monitored to ensure that the prestige and integrity of the brands are maintained, the Group is also active in the eyewear, perfume and mobile phone sectors.
Founded in Milan in 1913, XYZ’s activity has grown over the years following a strategic decision to have direct control over all stages of the creative, planning, productive, distribution, commercial and communication processes, combining rigorous quality checks and an obsession to detail which is typical to craftsmanship, with the efficiency of industrial processes. This is how the Group became masters in all the expertise necessary to uphold its entire value chain.
Creativity in XYZ, the real key element of all the Group’s activity, is ever-present and expressed not only from the industrial point of view in researching innovative style solutions and constant experiments on shapes, textiles, tanning and manufacturing techniques, but also from the cultural and social point of view as shown by the conception of revolutionary models in sales and relationships with customers (the Epicentres), and the constant dialogue with the worlds of art, architecture, cinema and photography.
Thanks to this characteristic approach, the XYZ Group is seen as a true world-class interpreter of luxury, capable of subtly communicating with people of different lifestyles all over the world as well as giving an inimitable sense of creativity, quality and exclusivity with each product.

Source text - French UNE RECHERCHE CONSTANTE DE LA SATISFACTION DU CLIENT
Translation - English ALWAYS STRIVING FOR CLIENT SATISFACTION
Together with their dedicated, professional and enthusiastic team, XYZ is committed to improving purchasing power and quality of life on a daily basis for as many customers as possible.
XYZ is based on three principles: trust, sharing and progress.
SERVICES MATCHING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
Selling at the lowest price
In each country in which XYZ is located, the stores are dedicated to offering their customers the lowest prices. This commitment is present from the day the shop opens. In China, in Hangzhou, XYZ is the first and only large supermarket in town to offer customers their money back if they can find the product cheaper elsewhere or if it is part of a promotion in the 10 days following purchase.
In Poland, each XYZ supermarket, such as the one in the Wola district of Warsaw, is committed to being the cheapest in its customer catchment area.
In Russia, a price check system was set up several months before the first stores opened. Throughout the year, the prices of the items are constantly rolled back to the lowest available in Moscow, the surrounding area and even those of traditional markets.
To grab customers’ attention and offer them even better bargains, XYZ always have promotions in store. In every store entrance, large areas are kept for promotional seasonal offers.
In every country today, customers consider the group’s stores to be among the cheapest and the best.
