Source text - English 9. Publishing:
Composer (or his musical publishing designee) shall have the exclusive right throtlhout the world to own and administer 100% of all music publishing rights to the Compositions and to collect 100% of all income derived therefrom (including both the so-called "publisher's share" and "writer's share" of music publishing income). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Composer hereby grants to Producer for no additional
compensation, an irrevocable non-exclusive license to synchronize the Compositions with the Picture and advertising and promotion therefore, in all media, whether now
known or hereafter discovered, in perpetuity, throughout the world.
10. Soundtrack Album:
Except as provided herein, Lender shall be granted the sole
and exclusive right to distribute or exploit the Score in a soundtrack album, outside of Mexico, including use of the title of the Picture and related artwork subject to the approval of Producer (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld).

El Compositor (o quien él designe como su editor musical) tendrá los derechos exclusivos a nivel mundial como dueño y administrador del 100% de todos los derechos de publicación musical sobre las Composiciones, y a recibir el 100% de todo ingreso que de ellas se derive (incluyendo tanto la llamada “participación del editor” y la “participación del escritor” del ingreso por publicación musical). A pesar de lo anterior, por este medio el Compositor otorga al Productor, sin compensación adicional, una licencia no exclusiva e irrevocable para sincronizar las Composiciones con la Película y el material publicitario y proporcional de la misma, en todos los medios, ahora conocidos y por descubrir, en perpetuidad, a nivel mundial.
Álbum de Banda Sonora:
Excepto en lo aquí establecido, el Proveedor recibirá el derecho único y exclusivo a distribuir o explotar el Score en un álbum de banda sonara, fuera de México, incluyendo el uso del título de la Película y material artístico sujeto a la aprobación del Productor (cuya aprobación no se negará de manera injustificada).
