I have been a physical therapist for 35 years, the last 20 years specializing in pediatrics. My translation experience developed while working with Spanish speaking families in the midwestern United States. I translated evaluations and forms related to child development, including formatting the forms. Through practice and formal study for a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Illinois State University, I developed my general Spanish skills, including writing in Spanish. I am currently enrolled in translation classes at University of California San Diego Extension.
