Source text - German 6. Kundenschutz/Abwerbeverbot
Für die Dauer dieses Vertrages und 12 (zwölf) Monate über die Vertragsbeendigung hinaus verpflichtet sich jede Partei, den durch die andere Vertragspartei eingebrachten und in den Anhängen bezeichneten Kunden, weder direkt noch indirekt gleiche bzw gleichwertige Dienstleistungen (Bezeichnung gemäß Anhang) anzubieten, für sie auszuführen oder bei ihrer Erbringung mitzuwirken.
Für die Dauer dieses Vertrages und 12 (zwölf) Monate über die Vertragsbeendigung hinaus verpflichtet sich jede Partei, mit Mitarbeitern oder Erfüllungsgehilfen der anderen Vertragspartei, weder direkt noch indirekt in Geschäftsbeziehungen zu treten oder diese abzuwerben.
Translation - Spanish 6.Protección de los clientes/prohibición de apropiación de trabajadores
Durante la vigencia de este contrato y los 12 (doce) meses siguientes tras su extinción, cada una de las partes se compromete a no ofrecer servicios (descripción según anexo) directos o indirectos, similares o equivalentes a clientes aportados por la otra parte ni a los clientes descritos en los anexos, así como a no efectuar ni a colaborar en la realización de tales servicios.
Durante la vigencia de este contrato y los 12 (doce) meses siguientes a su extinción, cada una de las partes se compromete a no establecer relaciones comerciales ni directa ni indirectamente con empleados o colaboradores de la otra parte y a no apropiarse de estos.
