#When the user runs the NOT001 function, the system initializes the variables necessary to display the request screen.
A user creates a note by first entering a customer number. The system searches for an existing customer number in the Customer Information file [CIF]. The user then enters a note number.
The system assigns a sequence number to each new note that is one more than the highest note sequence number stored in the Customer/Account Note Detail file [NOTES] associated with the customer record or account. The system also adds each new note to the lookup table that displays when the user presses the Select key for the Note Number field.
The system displays the following message if a compiled version of the NOTES screen does not exist:
Invalid screen linkage NOTES
The user modifies a note by specifying a customer number and the note number. The system searches for the specified note in the NOTES file.
• If the system finds the customer number, the system accesses the associated identification number in the NOTES file.
• If the system does not find the customer number, one of the message displays:
Invalid customer number
The system determines whether the specified note already exists for the customer record by looking at the actual notes in the database. If it does not, the following message displays:
Invalid table value
If no notes exist for the customer record , the following message displays:
No notes on file
When the user modifies a note, the system actually rewrites the original note on the customer record and files the new note in place of the old one. The note number remains the same.
The system displays the default editor screen on which the user enters the actual note text.
Once the user files the screen, the system files the note information in the NOTES file including the description, date, and the ID of the user who entered the note. The date is equal to the calendar date. When the user files the newly created or maintained note, the system stores the data in the following files:
• The CIF History Sequence Level file [CIFH] and the CIF Daily Activity file [CIFD].
• The stored data includes one of the following comments in the Transaction Comment data item ([CIFH], [CIFD]TCMT):
Customer note # note number created
Customer note # note number modified
The system stores the system processing date in the following file:
• The File Maintenance - Last Date data item in the Customer Information file ([CIF]FMLD).

#Po uruchomieniu funkcji NOT001 zostają zainicjalizowane zmienne, które są wymagane do wyświetlenia ekranu zlecenia.
Aby utworzyć uwagę, najpierw należy wprowadzić numer klienta (nastąpi jego wyszukiwanie w pliku informacji o klientach [PIK]), a następnie numer uwagi.
Każdej nowej uwadze zostaje automatycznie przypisana liczba porządkowa (o jeden wyższa niż najwyższa liczba porządkowa uwagi przechowywana w powiązanym z kontem lub rekordem klienta pliku szczegółów uwag dotyczących klienta/konta [UWAGI]). Każda nowa uwaga jest również dodawana do tabeli wartości wyszukiwania (wyświetlanej po kliknięciu przycisku "Wybierz" obok pola "Numer uwagi").
Jeżeli nie istnieje skompilowana wersja ekranu "UWAGI", zostanie wyświetlony poniższy komunikat:
Nieprawidłowe połączenie ekranu "UWAGI"
Aby zmodyfikować uwagę, należy podać numer klienta i numer uwagi. Nastąpi wyszukiwanie określonej uwagi w pliku UWAGI.
• W przypadku znalezienia numeru klienta następuje próba pobrania uwagi o podanym numerze identyfikacyjnym z pliku UWAGI.
• W przypadku nieznalezienia numeru klienta zostaje wyświetlony poniższy komunikat:
Nieprawidłowy numer klienta
System ustala, czy określona uwaga już istnieje dla rekordu klienta, sprawdzając istniejące uwagi w bazie danych. Jeśli uwaga nie istnieje, zostaje wyświetlony poniższy komunikat:
Nieprawidłowa wartość w tabeli
Jeżeli nie istnieją żadne uwagi dla rekordu klienta, zostaje wyświetlony poniższy komunikat:
Brak uwag dla pliku
Po zmodyfikowaniu uwagi pierwotna uwaga dla rekordu klienta zostaje zastąpiona nową uwagą (numer uwagi pozostaje bez zmian).
Tekst uwagi jest wpisywany przez użytkownika za pomocą domyślnego ekranu edytora.
Po zapisaniu ekranu informacje o uwadze - w tym opis, data (bieżąca data kalendarzowa) i ID użytkownika, który wprowadził uwagę - zostają zapisane w pliku UWAGI. Po zapisaniu nowo utworzonej lub zmodyfikowanej uwagi dane są przechowywane w następujących plikach:
• Plik kolejności historycznej powiązany z plikiem PIK [PIKK] oraz plik aktywności dziennej powiązany z plikiem PIK [PIKA].
• Dane zawierają jeden z poniższych komentarzy (umieszczony w pozycji danych "Komentarz o transakcji" ([PIKK], [PIKA]KTRA)):
Utworzona uwaga o kliencie (numer uwagi: #)
Zmodyfikowana uwaga o kliencie (numer uwagi: #)
Systemowa data przetwarzania jest przechowywana w następującym pliku:
• Pozycja danych "Obsługa pliku - ostatnia data" w pliku informacji o klientach ([PIK]ODOD).
