EASY TO RE-CHARGE
Once you start using your electronic cigarette you will notice the LED tip light-up each time you inhale. When your battery starts to run low the LED will begin to flash. To charge your E-Lites battery, remove your USB charger from the carton. Unscrew your refill cartridge (place in carton for safe keeping). Attach your battery into the USB charger, then plug your USB into a powered-up computer and charge... You will know when your E-Lites is charging as the tip will illuminate. When the LED goes out your battery is fully charged, eject the USB and gently unscrew your battery. Place the USB charger back in your carton. Screw the E-Tip back on and begin vaping again!

ARE E-LITES ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES HEALTHIER THAN SMOKING TOBACCO CIGARETTES?
Tobacco cigarettes contain more than 4000 chemicals(including tar, carbon monoxide and arsenic). It is believed that electronic cigarettes are considerably safer than the tobacco cigarettes found on sale in every shopping centre throughout the country. Professor Michael Siegel (Professor in Dept of Community Health Sciences at Boston University and many other public health advocates) have independently demonstrated that ecigs are approximately 99% safer, i.e. less harmful to health, than tobacco cigarettes.
WHAT IS THE SMOKE THAT IS RELEASED?
This is NOT smoke - It is simply condensed air (vapour) which is mixed with the nicotine in the electronic cigarette cartridge to emulate the sensation of smoking, and give you the instant nicotine intake that you want - when you want it, where you want it.
IS THE VAPOUR HARMFUL?
NO - The exhaled vapour is not harmful, so there is absolutely no 'passive smoking'.
WHAT MAKES THE VAPOUR?
Air is drawn into the atomisation chamber prior to passing through the nicotine cartridge of the electronic cigarette which combines the heated air and nicotine to give you the same feeling as smoking. The vapour tastes and feels just like the smoke from a normal cigarette.
HOW LONG DOES AN E-TIP LAST?
E-Tips are tested by automated machine bellows to quantify the amount of inhalations, and therefore approximate 'cigarettes' that they provide.
Each tip achieves a minimum of 210 three second machine inhalations in order to pass Quality Control.
An average human inhalation is approximately 1.5 seconds. A "whole" regular sized (not superking) cigarette equates to 10 average inhalations. Of course some people smoke a tobacco cigarette in 10 drags whilst others can burn a full cigarette down in 4 or 5 much longer drags.
So 210 machine inhalations returns over 400 average (1.5 second) human inhalations which when divided by 10 = approximately 40 'cigarettes'.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN AN E-TIP?
The base liquid in e-cigarette cartridges is a mixture of liquid-nicotine, tobacco extract flavourings and Propylene glycol.
WHAT IS PROPYLENE GLYCOL?
Propylene glycol (PG), is a colourless, odourless chemical that is used as a food additive, in cosmetics and in pharmaceuticals as an inert solvent or carrier.
The ATSDR (Agency for Toxic Substances & Disease) states on its website, propylene glycol is a 'Generally Recognized as Safe' (GRAS) additive for foods and medications.
PG has been used as the aqueous-based chemical additive in asthma inhalers and nebulizers since the 1950s, with no serious side effects known.
HOW MUCH CAN I SAVE SMOKING E-LITES?

DOES IT SMELL?
The vapour is odourless and dissipates within seconds. It does not linger, nor does it cause discolouration to walls - unlike cigarette smoke. It doesn't give you 'smokers breath' or leave your hands and clothes smelling of cigarettes either.
SO IT'S COMPLETELY HARMLESS?
E-Lites do not contain tobacco, tar or any of the 4,000 by-products you normally inhale from a lit cigarette. It is the combustion of tobacco cigarettes – the burning process – which causes all the carcinogenic by-products to be taken into the body. These terms and conditions regulate the Agreement between "you" the customer and E-Lites (Zandera Ltd) (hereinafter referred to as E-Lites).
By placing an order with E-Lites you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which E-Lites may or may not accept at their sole discretion.
If an order is not accepted, E-Lites will send you an e-mail.
You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information, supplied by you during or after the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. Warranty
E-Lites warrants to the original purchaser of the E-Lites Electronic Cigarette: The USB charger, wall charger, car charger and the E-Pack (in the case of the E-Pro3 & E-Pro 4) are warranted for a period of 12 months and may be repaired or replaced at our discretion up to a maximum of 3 times.
G9 model batteries are CONSUMABLE items, and as such are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase. Thereafter replacements may be purchased from the online store.
During the warranty period, E-Lites will, at our discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned part) components that are defective.
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, improper charging or use of alternative charging adaptors, or unauthorized modifications.
This Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.
E-Lites makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Limited Warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdiction outside of the EU / U.S.A., E-Lites disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above, and never more than the warranty conditions. HOW TO CLAIM
We will always endeavour to have your E-Lites products repaired and returned back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below: Contact E-Lites to determine if you need to return the product. Do not return a product to the sales merchant you purchased the product from without first contacting E-Lites.
Thoroughly review the electronic cigarette instructions we provide for you.

Send only the defective component/s via standard Royal Mail post (at senders cost). Please also enclose the following: a) your original sales receipt b) Your name, return address, contact telephone/fax numbers, c) email address and d) reason for returning the item.
Return the product as stated above to: E-LITES RETURNS. Unit 3 Phase 4, Buntsford Hill Business Park, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. B60 3DX. Shipping charges to E-Lites are your responsibility. COD shipments will not be accepted by E-Lites, and we will not accept items which have not been shipped as directed above.
Could customers please ensure that all returns are substantially packaged as we cannot return items lost in the post or damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Returns Policy
NON FAULTY GOODS
If you have had a change of heart you must return the item to E-Lites unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition. You will not be refunded any and all postage costs incurred by E-Lites.
Please contact a member of our Customer Services team on 01527 836586 (or email [email protected]) and they will instruct you on how to return the items. We may also advise how to send the item back to us.
All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods. For expensive items we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:
• The products(s) has/have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way.
• The packaging or any of the individual product components, has been unsealed or damaged.
• The product(s) is/are perishable.
• The non-faulty product does not arrive at E-Lites in a resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs.
FOR FAULTY GOODS
If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be verbally reported to E-Lites before 3.00pm the next working day following delivery, and also by email within 3 days.
Please contact a member of our Customer Services team on 01527 836586 (or email [email protected]) and they will instruct you on how to return the items to us and issue a Returns Authorisation Code. Failure to do this will delay your return being processed. You are also required to complete a Returns Form (see ‘warranty’ link at the bottom of the website homepage) and return this with your order.
When returning faulty items we may still ask you to return goods yourself. On receipt E-Lites will repair or replace the product in it’s entirety, or by replacing the faulty component(s). We normally ask that goods are sent back via First Class Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery).

All products ordered by 3pm are shipped out the same business day. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sundays so orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
E-Lites ship all products first class, or recorded / signed for post as specified by the customer.
E-Lites take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company such as Royal Mail. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from E-Lites it is the responsibility of Royal Mail or the respective shipping company.
Royal Mail do not allow any claims procedure to begin before 28 days have passed since the date of shipping. E-Lites will however, at our discretion, agree to take this problem away from our customers after 14 business days and at our discretion will re-send the missing products to you at no cost.

MITEN SÄHKÖSAVUKKEET TOIMIVAT?
Kun hengität sisään sähkösavukkeesta, nestemäinen nikotiini liikkuu höyrystimeen missä se lämmitetään ja nikotiini muuttuu höyryksi. Tämä höyry tuo mitatun määrän nikotiinia kroppaan samalla tavalla kuin tavallinen savuke. Pystyt siis kirjaimellisesti “polttamaan” E-litesin sähkösavuketta, mutta ilman tupakkaa, tervaa tai muita haitallisia kemikaalisia ainesosia. Ainoa ero minkä huomaat, on että höyry ei haise tupakalla – joten sinäkään et tule haisemaan tupakalle. E-lites sähkösavukkeet antavat sinulle täyden tupakointinautinnon ilman tavallisen tupakan haittavaikutuksia.
LAAJA TUTKIMUS&KEHITYS
E-Lites ovat seurausta laajasta tutkimus- ja kehitystyöstä Iso-Britaniassa, missä on suuresti investoitu sähkösavukkeiden suunnitteluun ja testaamiseen, jotta pystyisimme tarjoamaan aidoimman mahdollisimman tupakoinnin tunteen. KÄYTTÖ
Uudelleen ladattava paristo kestää 30-40 tavallisen savukkeen verran ennen kuin se täytyy ladata. Muihin sähkösavukkeisiin verrattuna E-Liten G9 sarjan teknologia tuottaa todellisen tupakalta maistuvan ja nautittavan kokemuksen tupakoijalle.
Sähkösavukkeen laatu on kokemus sinänsä, sen tarkkaan suunniteltu kokonaisuus tarjoaa kokonaisvaltaisen kokemuksen korkeasta laadusta. Jokainen E-Litesin ‘E-tip’ (täyttöpakkaus) sisältää nikotiinia noin 40 tavallisen savukkeen verran. E-tip on suunniteltu turvalliseen ja kestävään käyttöön.
E-Litesin G9 paristo tarjoaa kestävän virranlähteen koko tupakoinnin ajan varmistaen että tupakoijan tarvitsee hengittää sisään normaalisti. Meidän älykäs mikrosiru säätelee nikotiniinin määrää ja takaa aina täydellisen höyryn.

HELPPO ASENNUS
Kun sinun aloituspakkaus saapuu, avaa paketti varovasti. Löydät paketista kaiken mitä tarvitset päästäksesi alkuun. Varovasti irrota paristo ja ja yksi e-tip täyttöpakkaus paketista. Varovasti pyöritä paristo täyttöpakkaukseen ja poista muovisuoja. Sähkösavukkeesi saapuu ladattuna ja valmiina käyttöön!
HELPPO LADATA
Kun aloitat sähkösavukkeiden käytön, huomaat että LED valo syttyy joka kerta sisään hengittäessäsi. Kun paristo alkaa olla lopussa, LED valo alkaa vilkkua. Ladataksesi E-litesin paristoa, irrota USB laturi pakkauksesta. Irrota paristo täyttöpakkauksesta (laita täyttöpakkaus takaisin pakkaukseen). Laita paristo USB laturiin ja liitä laturi tietokoneeseen ja lataa... E-Lites lataa kun valo palaa. Paristo on ladannut, kun valo sammuu, irrota silloin paristo varovasti laturista. Laita laturi takaisin pakkaukseen. Pyöritä täyttöpakkaus takaisin paristoon ja voit taas käyttää sähkösavuketta!
Miksi valita E-Lites?
HALVEMPI
Käyttämällä E-lItesin sähkösavukkeita säästät merkittäviä summia. Vastaava 20 savuketta maksaa vain £1.50 kun tavallinen savukeaski £6.50 tai enemmän, joten säästät selvää rahaa! Jos poltat 20 savuketta päivässä, säästät noin £1,650 vuodessaa vaihtamalla E-Litesin sähkösavukkeisiin!
EI TUPAKKA, EI TERVAA
E-Lites sähkötupakka matkii fyysistä ja psyykkistä tupakoinnin prosessia, mutta ilman tupakkaa ja tervaa! Sähkösavukkeet ovat saatavilla eri vahvuuksina joten voit jatkossakin ‘polttaa’ tavalliseen tapaan, mutta ilman haittavaikutuksia. E-Lites sähkösavukkeet eivät aiheuta ‘polttajan hengitystä’, henkilökohtainen, mutta suuri etu ollessa E-Lites ‘tupakoija’.
SALLITTU - 'TUPAKOI' MISSÄ TAHANSA!
E-Lites sähkösavukkeet eivät sisällä tupakkaa eikä niitä sytytetä millään tavoin, tällöin ollaan rikkomatta mitään tupakointimääräyksiä. E-Litesilla voit kiertää tupakointikieltoja ja tarjota sinulle tai asiakkaillesi laillisen ja tutun tavan nauttia tupakoinnista sisätiloissa. Taatusti oikean tupakoinnin kaltainen kokemus. E-Litesilla saat paljon ‘savua’ ja herkullisen, runsaan ja pehmeän tupakan maun.

Usein kysytyt kysymykset
OVATKO E-LITESIN SÄHKÖSAVUKKEET VÄHEMMÄN HAITALLISIA TERVEYDELLE KUIN TAVALLISET SAVUKKEET?
Tupakkasavukkeet sisältävät noin 4000 eri kemikaalia (sis. Terva, hiilimonoksidi ja arsenikki). Uskotaankin että sähkösavukkeet ovat turvallisempia käyttää kuin tavalliset savukkeet joita löytyy joka kadunkulmasta. Professori Michael Siegel (Terveystieteiden professori Bostonin yliopistossa sekä monet muut) väittävät että sähkösavukkeet ovat 99% turvallisempia. Toisin sanoen vähemman haittaa terveydelle kuin tavallisista savukkeista.
MITÄ VAPAUTUNUT HÖYRY SISÄLTÄÄ?
Tämä ei ole savua – vain höyryä mikä on sekoittunut nikotiinin kanssa höyryttimessä luoden tupakoinnin olotilan ja antaen nikotiinin välittömästi silloin kun haluat – missä haluat.
ONKO HÖYRY VAARALLISTA?
EI – Höyry ei ole vaarallista, joten ‘passiivisen tupakoinnin’ vaaraa ei ole.
MIKÄ TEKEE HÖYRYN?
Ilmaa vedetään höyrystimeen nikotiinisäiliön läpi, jolloin lämmitetty ilma ja nikotiini antavat vaikutelman että tupakoit. Höyry maistuu ja tuntuu avian samanlaiselta kuin tavallisesta savukkeesta.
KUINKA KAUAN E-TIP KESTÄÄ?
E-Täyttösäiliö ovat automaattikoneiden testaamia jotka testaavat sisäänhengityksen määrää, jotta arviomääräinen savukemäärä on saatu.
Jokainen täyttösäiliö saavuttaa vähintään 210 kpl 3 sekunnin sisäänhengitystä jotta ne läpäisevät laatutarkistuksen.
Keskimääräinen sisäänhengitys kestää noin 1,5 sekuntia. Kokonainen normaalisavuke (ei superking) vastaa noin 10 sisäänhengitystä. Tietenkin jotkut polttavat savukkeen 10 vedolla kun toiset 4 tai 5 vedolla.
Eli 210 koneen sisäänhengitystä tekee 400 keskiarvon (1,5 sekuntia) joka jaettuna 10= noin 40 savuketta.
MITÄ AINESOSIA TÄYTTÖPAKKAUS SISÄLTÄÄ?
Sähkösavukkeen nesteen pohjana on nestenikotiini, tupakka-aromiuute ja propyleeniglykoli.
MITÄ ON PROPYLEENIGLYKOLI?
Propyleeniglykol I (PG) on väritön, hajuton kemikaali jota käytetään elintarvikkeiden lisäaineena, kosmetiikassa ja lääkeaineissa liuottimena.
ATSDR (Agency for Toxic Substances & Disease) toteaa verkkosivuillaan että propyleeniglykoli on ‘yleisesti turvallinen’ lisäaine elintarvikkeissa ja lääkeaineissa.
PGia on käytetty vesipohjaisena kemiallisena lisäaineena astmainhalaattoreissa ja sumuttimissa 1950 lähtien, ilman vakavia haittavaikutuksia.
KUINK PALJON VOIN SÄÄSTÄÄ E-LITEN SÄHKÖSAVUKKEILLA?
Käyttämällä sähkösavukkeita säästät noin 70%. Yksi E-Lites sähkösavuke vastaa noin 40 tavallista savuketta. Täyttöpakkaukset maksavat noin £4 joten säästö on huomattava. Tällöin aski “savukkeita” maksaa noin £2!
MINKÄ VAHVUISIA TÄYTTÖPAKKAUKSIA TARVITSEN?
‘Vahvojen’ polttajalle suosittelemme ‘Punaista’ ja mikäli poltat ‘kevyitä’, suosittelemme ‘Kultaista’.
POLTAN MENTOLIA, ONKO E-LITE SAATAVILLA MENTOLINA?
Tietenkin. Itse asiassa Mentoli on yksi meidän parhaiten myyvä tuote.
HAISEEKO SE?
Höyry on hajuton ja haihtuu muutamassa sekunnissa. Se ei jää ilmaan leijumaan, eikä se aiheuta värjäytymisä seinille – toisin kuin tupakan savu. Se ei myöskään anna sinulle ‘tupakoitsijan hengitystä’ tai tee käsiä ja vaatteita haiseviksi.
JOTEN ONKO SE TÄYSIN TURVALLISTA?
E-Lites sähkösavukkeet eivät sisällä tupakkaa, tervaa tai mitään 4000 lisäaineesta mitä tavallisessa savukkeessa on. Varsinainen polttaminen – tupakan palaminen- on se mikä aiheuttaa karsinogeenien (syöpää aiheuttava aine) joutumisen kehoon. E-Lites sähkösavukkeet höyryttävät nesteen jolloin palamista ei tarvita. E-Lites sähkösavukkeet sisältävät nikotiinia mikä ei ole vaaraksi normaalissa käytössä. Se tekee riippuvaiseksi joten myymme tuotteita vastuullisilla aikuisille jotka ovat jo polttajia ja yli 18 vuotiaita.
JOTEN VOIN TUPAKOIDA MISSÄ TAHANSA?
Lakisääteisesti ottaen kyllä – mutta kehoitamme harkintaan riippuen kenen kanssa olet ja missä.
VOINKO TUPAKOIDA OLLESSANI RASKAANA?
Emme suosittele E-Lites sähkösavukkeiden tai muidenkaan nikotiinivalmisteiden käyttöä ollessasi raskaana. Nikotiini on huume ja saatta olla vaaraksi lapsellesi.
MIKSI JOISSAIN SAVUKKEISSA ON VIHREÄ LED-VALO?
Olemme suunnitelleet valikoimamme niin että tuotteitamme ei julkisilla paikoilla sekotettaisi tavallisiin savukkeisiin– ja mielestämme ne näyttävät hyviltä! Jotkut pakkauksemme tulevat kuitenkin punaisella valolla. Vaihtoehtoisesti voit myös tilata punaisen LED valon.
MISSÄ MALLEISSA E-LITES LÖYTYY?
Tarjoamme useita vaihtoehtoja ja tyylejä. E200 ja E80 tulevat vihreiden LED valojen kanssa ja DUO mallit tulevat punaisen sekä vihreän LEDin kanssa joten valinta on sinun!
MISTÄ TIEDÄN ETTÄ OLEN ‘POLTTANUT’ SAVUKKEEN?
Yksinkertaisesti, keskiverto savuke vedetään noin 10 sisäänhengityksellä. Tietenkin osa ihmisistä vetää 10, toiset 4-5 sisäänhengityksellä. Tämä on E-Litesin sähkösavukkeiden parhaita puolia, voit vetää parit henkoset ja laittaa savukkeen pois! Ei ole pakko polttaa savuketta loppuun, otat vain sauhut kun siltä tuntuu.
MIKSI EN OLE KUULLUT E-LITESIN SÄHKÖSAVUKKEISTA AIEMMIN?

Tarjoamme mielellämme vaihtoehdon joka ei sisällä tupakkaa tai tervaa, ja on halvempi. YLEISTÄ
Nämä ehdot säätelevät “sinun” asiakkaan ja E-Litesin (Zandera Ltd)(jäljempänä E-Lites).
Tekemällä tilauksen E-Litesiltä tarjoudut ostamaan tuotteita, minkä E-Lites voi harkintansa mukaan sallia tai kieltää. Mikäli tilausta ei hyväksytä, E-Lites lähettää sinulle sähköpostia.
Tekemällä tilauksen sitoudut että antamasi tiedot ovat oikeita, luotto- tai pankkikortti on sinun ja että kortilla on katetta tekemään ostos. Jotta luotto- tai pankkikorttia ei käytetä ilman asiakkaan suostumusta, varmistamme nimen, osoitteen ja muita henkilökohtaisia tietoja kolmannelta osapuolelta. Hyväksymällä ehdot sallit tämän tarkastuksen.
Sinusta tehdyt tarkistukset kirjataan luottotietovirastossa, mikä pitää kirjaa näistä tarkistuksista.
Voit luottaa siihen että tämä tehdään vain vahvistaaksesi henkilöllisyytesi ja että luottotietojasi ei tarkisteta. Kaikki tiedot käsitellään turvallisesti ja tiukasti lakeja noudattaen.
Jos jostain syystä luottokortin tiedot ovat vääriä tai tililläsi ei ole tarpeeksi rahaa tai jostain muustä syystä tilausta ei voida käsitellä, E-Litesilla on oikeus purkaa ja peruuttaa tilaus.
E-Litesin tarjoama valikoima on tilauksella. Tässä tapauksessa täyden maksun tavaroista on maksu tehtävä etukäteen. Huomioithan että mittatilaustöitä ei voi palauttaa paitsi jos niissä on jotain vikaan.
Jos tietoihisi on tullut jotain muutoksia, on sinun vastuullasi ilmoittaa siitä E-Litesille mahdollisimman pian.
Sinun läkisääteisiin oikeuksiin ei ole vaikutusta näillä ehdoilla.
VASTUU
Pyrimme varmistamaan että verkkosivuilla olevat tiedot ovat ajan tasalla. E-Lites ei kuitenkaan ota velvollisuutta päivittää näitä tietoja, eikä voi taata tietojen olevan virheettömiä.
E-Lites ei ota vastuuta (paitsi jäljempänä) virheistä ja laiminlyönneistä koskien tavaroiden esittämistä verkkosivuilla ja pidättää oikeuden muuttaa tietoja, teknisiä tietoja tai kuvauksia million tahansaa. E-Lites tulee kuitenkin parhaansa mukaan korjaamaan virheet ja laiminlyönnit niin nopeasti kuin mahdollista, sen jälkeen kun niistä on ilmoitettu.

Sinun tulee tulostaa kopio laskusta, missä näkyy oikeutesi peruuttaa tilaus kuluttajasuojalautakunnan mukaan, minkä olet hyväksynyt.
Tämä vastuuosa koskee vain lain sallimissa rajoissa, eikä se vaikuta sinun lakisääteisiin oikeuksiin.
SIVUN SISÄLLÖN KÄYTTÖ
Tekijänoikeus, mallioikeus ja kuvamateriaali verkkosivuilla kuuluvat E-Litesille. Kaikki muut immateriaalioikeudet pidätetään. Tämä verkkosivusto on tarkoitettu henkilökohtaiseen ja ei-kaupalliseen käyttöön. Et saa muokata, kopioida, levittää, välittää, näyttää, suorittaa, julkaista, lisensioida, luoda johdannaisia töitä, siirtää tai myydä mitään verkkosivuilta saatua tietoa. Voit vain ladata sivun tietokoneellesi katseltavaksi ja tulostaa sivuja omaan käyttöösi.
Valitettavasti kaupan luonteen vuoksi, Internet, emme voi taata että tuotteen värit ovat samat tai kuvatut. E-Litesin verkkosivuilla sinua pyydetään antamaan eri tietoja itsestäsi ja kelle olet ostamassa tuotetta ja taloudellisia tietoja kun olet maksamassa tuotetta. Nämä tiedot tarvitaan vain E-Litesille tilauksen käsittelyyn. Sinulta saatetaan kysyä myös tietoja kun rekisteröidyt asiakkaaksi. Nämä tiedot kootaan online-muodossa.
Emme myy, vaihda tai vuokraa sinun tietojasi kolmansille osapuolille.
MIHIN KÄYTÄMME TIETOJA
Tiedot mitä annat meille, käytetään siihen että asiakkaat saavat tuotteensa, pystymme todentamaan asiakkaame ja lähettää asiakkaillemme markkinointimateriaalia/alennuskuponkeja. Uskomme että sivustomme on innovatiivinen ja suunniteltu tarjoamaan asiakkaillemme seuraavat palvelut: Alennuskoodit – E-Lites pidättää oikeuden lähettää sinulle sähköpostia tarjouksista ja voucher-koodeja hyvän tavan mukaan, mutta ei luovuta tietoja kolmansille osapuolille. Kaikki tieto on liitttyy alkuperäisiin ostoksiisi.
Käytämme tietojasi tilauksesi käsittelemiseksi; osoitetiedot rahtifirmalle ja maksun käsittely suojatun pankkiyhteyden kautta.

SUOSTUMUS
Luovuttamalla tietoja tälle verkkosivustolle, suostut tietojen keräämiseen, säilyttämiseen sekä tietojen käyttämiseen E-Litesin kuvaamalla tavalla.
Luovuttamalla sähköpostiosoitteesi, suostut että E-Lites lähettää sinulle markkinointimateriaalia tarjouksista ja tuotteista jonka uskomme kiinnostavan sinua. Voimme myös lähettää tietoja kolmansien osapuolien tuotteista joidenka uskomme kiinnostavan sinua.
Takuu
E-Lites takaa alkuperäiselle ostajalle E-Lites: USB-laturi, autolaturi ja E-Pack (E-Pro3 & E-Pro4) 12 kuukauden takuun ja viallinen tuote korjataan tai korvataan maksimissaan kolme kertaa.
G9 mallin paristot ovat kulutushyödykkeitä ja sellaisina tuotteina takuu on 6 kk ostopäivästä. Tämän jälkeen voit ostaa uusia paristoja verkkokaupastamme. Takuuaikana E-Lites korjaa tai korvaa (uudella tai korjatulla tuotteella) osat jotka ovat vioittuneet.
Takuu ei kata käyttövirheitä, huoltovirheitä, väärää lataamista tai kiellettyjä säätämisiä.
Tämä takuu antaa alkuperäiselle ostajalle rajoitetut oikeudet, paikallisten lakien lisäksi.
E-Lites ei myönnä mitään muita nimenomaisia tai oletettuja takuita, ei kirjoitettuja tai suullisia, ja nimenomaisesti kiistää kaikki takuuut ja ehdot mitkä eivät käy ilmi tässä rajoitetussa takuussa.
KUINKA TEHDÄ REKLAMAATIO
Pyrimme aina siihen että E-Lites tuotteet korjataan ja palautetaan takasiin niin pian kuin mahdollista. Voidaksemme tehdä tämän, pyydämme teitä tekemään yhteistyötä ja noudattamaan alla olevia ohjeita: Ota yhteyttä aina ensin E-Litesiin jotta voimme arvioida vahingon. Älä palauta tuotetta kauppiaalle, vaan ota yhteyttä ensin E-Litesiin.
Lue huolellisesti ohjeet mitä tarjoamme sinulle.
Jos ongelma jatkuu, lähetä lyhyt kuvaus sekä maksun numero: [email protected] .
Lähetä vain viallinen osa/osat tavallisessa postissa (lähettäjä maksaa). Liittäkää mukaan seuraavat tiedot a)alkuperäinen ostokuitti b) nimesi, palautusosoite, puhelin/faxi c) sähköpostiosoite ja d) syy palautukseen
Palauta tuote ohjeiden mukaan: E-LITES RETURNS. Unit 3 Phase 4, Buntsford Hill Business Park, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. B60 3DX. Lähettäjä maksaa toimituskulut. COD toimitus ei ole hyväksyttävä emmekä hyväksy lähetyksiä jotka eivät ole lähetetty yllä olevien ohjeiden mukaan.
Varmista että olet pakannut tuotteen kunnolla, sillä emme voi ottaa vastuuta postin kadottamista tuotteista jos se on johtunut huolimattomasta pakkaamisesta.

Palautukset
EI VIALLINEN TUOTE
Jos muutit mieltäsi ja haluat palauttaa tuotteen, on se palautettava alkuperäisessä kunnossa 7 päivän kuluessa saadaksesi hyvityksen. Mukana täytyy olla kaikki osat, lisätarvikkeet, ohjeet ja pakkaus jne. Tähän sisältyy myös johdot ja suojat. Huomioithan että jos turvanauha on otettu pois, tuote ei ole alkuperäisessä kunnossa. Tuotetta tai postikuluja ei hyvitetä.
Ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun 01527 836586 (sähköposti [email protected]) ja opastamme kuinka palautat tuotteet. Neuvomme myös kuinka pakata ja lähettää tuotteet.
Sinun maksettavaksi jää postikulut kun palautat tuotteet. Palauttaessasi kalliimpia tuotteita, suosittelemme kirjattua pakettia mikä vaatii allekirjoituksen vastaanottajalta. Tuote on vastuullasi kunnes olemme kuitanneet sen vastaanotetuksi. Emme ota vastuuta Postin hävittämistä tai rikkomista paketeista.
Valitettavasti emme voi hyväksyä seuraavanlaisia palautuksia:
• tuote/tuotteet on/ovat tehty mittatilaustyönä
• alkuperäisen tuotteen pakkaus on avattu tai vaurioitunut
• tuote/tuotteet on/ovat helposti pilaantuva
• ei-viallinen tuote ei saavu uudelleen myytävässä kunnossa E-Litesille. Tällaisessa tapauksessa emme voi hyvittää ostosta. Otamme yhteyttä sinuun ja lähetämme tuotteen takaisin sinulle, sinun kustannuksella.
VIALLISET TUOTTEET
Mikäli tuote on viallinen sinulla on 30 päivää aikaa palauttaa se. Vaurioituneet pakkaukset tai tuotteet on suullisesti ilmoitettava E-Litesille ennen kl 15.00 toimitusta seuraavana päivänä ja sähköpostitse 3 päivän kuluessa.
Ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme 01527 836586 (tai sähköpostitse [email protected]) niin opastamme kuinka palauttaa viallinen tuote ja saada palautuskoodi. Tapauksen käsittely viivästyy mikäli sinulla ei ole palautuskoodia. Sinun tulee myös täyttää Palautuslomake (katso takuu-linkki sivun alareunassa) ja lähettää se palautuksesi mukana.
Palauttaessasi viallisia tuotteita, saatamme pyytää sinua lähettämään tuotteen itse. Saatuamme tuotteen E-Lites korjaa tai vaihtaa viallisen komponentin. Pyydämme että lähetät palautuksen ykkösluokassa (kirjattu kirje).
Rahojen palauttaminen ei ole mahdollista mikäli pakkaus on avattu tai tuotetta on käytetty. Korjaamme tai vaihdamme ne vialliset osat mitkä kuuluvat takuuseen, mutta missään tapauksessa rahojen palauttaminen ei ole mahdollista mikäli pakkaus on avattu tai tuotetta käytetty. Mikäli ette ole tehneet reklamaatiota toimituksen aikana vioittuneesta tuotteesta yllä annetun ajan aikana, emme valitettavasti voi hyvittää tai korjata tuotetta.
Emme vahvista että olemme vastaanottaneet palautuksen. Saatuamme palautuksen pyrimme lähettämään korvaavan tuotteen tai hyvityksen 7 päivän kuluessa. Hyvitys tehdään sille maksukortille millä maksu on suoritettu. Huomioithan että hyvityksen kirjaaminen kestää 5 työpäivää.

Toimitusehdot
Kaikki tuotteet jotka on tilattu ennen kl 15.00 lähetetään samana arkipäivänä. Sunnuntaisin ja lauantaisin ei lähetetä tilauksia, joten tilaukset jotka on tehty perjantaina kl 15.00 jälkeen lähetetään seuraavana maanantaina.
E-Lites lähettää kaikki tuotteet ykkösluokassa, tai asiakkaan valitsemalla tavalla.
E-Lites ei ole vastuussa tuotteista jotka on lähetetty onnistuneesti, mutta toimitusyhtiö kuten esimerkiksi Royal Mail on epäonnistunut. Kun lähetys on lähtenyt E-Litesiltä, siirtyy vastuu toimitusyhtiölle.
Royal Mail ei ota reklamaatioita vastaan ennen kuin 28 päivää on kulunut lähetyksen vastaanottamisesta. E-Lites kuitenkin tarjoutuu lähettämään uuden lähetyksen, mikäli asiakas ei ole saanut toimitusta 14 päivän aikana. Tällöin Royal Mail palauttaa viivästyneen lähetyksen E-Litesille
Ottakaa ystävällisesti huomioon että E-Lites hyvässä uskossa lähettää uuden lähetyksen, jolloin asiakkaan ei tarvitse tehdä reklamaatiota Royal Mailille tai muulle toimitusyhtiölle. Tämä E-Litesin tapa varmistaa korkealaatuinen palvelu asiakkaille.
Mikäli kohtaat toimitusvaikeuksia ota ystävällisesti huomioon että E-Litesin henkilökunnalla on omat ohjeensa ongelman ratkaisemiseen. Toivomme ettei toimitusvaikeuksia tule. Meillä on korkeat vaatimukset tarjoamaamme palveluun, mutta emme pysty vastaamaan ongelmista joita mahdollinen kolmas osapuoli kohtaa, esimerkiksi Royal Mail.
