I graduated from English Philology at the University of Havana with specialization in Translation in 1991. I am a freelance translator specialized on market research with over 15 years of translation experience in this field, working first at Rumbos Translations (a leading specialized translations service in Buenos Aires) and later as a freelance in Barcelona (language pairs: English-Spanish/ Spanish-English). Areas of specialization include market research and advertising, HR, travel, finance, and accessibility, among others.

The translating process includes a critical reading of the original that allows for delivering an improved style in the translated version and spotting inconsistencies for example in qualitative or quantitative marketing research reports. The final version is proofread by another translator.
