We employ over thirty translators, technical and language reviewers, graphic designers, and information technology experts. We prepare translation layout using desktop publishing systems such as QuarkXpress, FrameMaker, PageMaker, Interleaf, MS Office. Also we support publishing of HTML/SGML/XML documents. For graphics processing we have had success using Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and are thus able to meet any specific requirements of our Customers.

To provide fast and easy file transfers we use our high-speed Internet connections and FTP servers in Europe and the US.

We also use CAT tools such as TRADOS Translator's Workbench and TRANSIT, which enables us to improve both translation quality/consistency and our own productivity.

Although every project we perform has its own specific requirements, the basic process for ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables is the same. Translation and publishing processes include QA procedures as a compulsory part of the project flow. Our translations undergo technical and linguistic editing. Special emphasis is given to terminology, as well as style and formatting consistency. Professional publishing specialists double-check the final copies. Internal metrics, quality audits, and customer feedback all contribute to continuous improvement to our operations.
