Accredited translator; also working as proofreader/editor, and voice-over/reader in German and English.

As a translator I started out in the automotive industry, translating marketing material and press clippings; since completing a Master of Arts in Art History at a British University, I have broadened my spectrum to the arts, tourism, and related industries.

Due to several years of experience in a globalisation project involving marketing research, I also have further knowledge in FMCG markets such as confectionery, non alcoholic beverages and OTC pharmaceuticals.

Previous translation only projects included technical manuals from French to English (not my usual pairing) and jewellery catalogues, as well as tourist tour guides.

As a German voice-over reader for tour bus guides, I have 'walked' the streets of London, Copenhagen, Abu Dhabi, Washington, LA, Shanghai to name a few.

Currently I am specialising further in oenology and tourism.
