I am a Marketing & Finance professional who found her way to the world of translation through an unconventional path. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business in 2007, I moved to Europe to continue my basketball career at the professional level. I landed in Spain in 2009 and continued playing professionally while honing my language and translation skills.
I received a Master's degree in International Law and a second Master's in Professional Translation at the University of Granada while also teaching English, working at a translation agency, and as a program coordinator for a study abroad program.
Since becoming a freelance translator, I have used my unique background and areas of interest to help a Spanish tech startup get acquired in the US, been a part of a translation team that converted a major financial institution's website to English and translated several other projects in the fields of accounting, education, and marketing.
