Bio
I specialize in literary, academic, engineering, medical, legal, architectural, financial, and literary (including children's books) translations. I have experience interpreting for conferences and legal investigations. For twelve years I have been translating for courts, universities, small businesses, trade fairs, and major companies. As part-owner and manager of a translation agency in Italy, I translated for INSO, a civil engineering and sub-contracting company that is an Italian subsidiary of General Electric, and which builds turnkey structures including hospitals; and the Menarini Pharmaceutical Company among other clients; and have translated ten vintage Hitchcock films into Italian subtitles. Other credits include working for criminal court judges in Florence, Italy, and translating popular music lyrics into Italian.
Recently, in ddition to other work, I have translated a number of children's books and a website for an orchestral conductor from English to Italian. The speed and accuracy and efficiency of my work, as well as competitive, reasonable prices determine my success.
