After graduating with a BA French and German (First Class Honours), I worked as a freelance translator for around four and a half years, following by almost three years working in-house, where I spent most of my time proofreading and reviewing translations by both in-house staff and freelancers.
Back as a freelancer since March 2018, I'm excited about the chances that freelance life offers to further enhance and hone my skills and to develop my own interests. I'm particularly focussed on improving my Dutch language skills and pursuing literary translation opportunities.
I already hold the Diploma in Translation (DipTrans) in German-English from the Chartered Institute of Linguists and am working towards the French-English diploma.
My translations never sound like translations - I enjoy producing stylish, attractive and accurate work that you and your clients will love.
I look forward to working with you!
