Source text - English 9.15 – 10.15am Strategy and Adaptation Process
In this session, we will share adaptation stories and have a group discussion, reflecting on the following questions:
Part I: Sharing
• What is your project about?
• How did you adapt your approach/work to respond the challenges and needs in the context of intervention after Covid and Coup?
• Looking back on the adaptation process after the Covid and Coup, what do you think worked well and what didn’t go well?
Part II: Reflection
• What might you do differently if you were in the same situation in the future?
Each project team will designate a person to share an approximately 5-7 minute story of how some part of their project was adapted to the challenging context.
The group will then have a 10-15 minute discussion about the reflection question for Part II.

Bio
I have worked with international and national NGOs, and other international public and human rights organizations (Danish Institute for Human Rights - DIHR, British Council, Swiss Foundation for Mine Action - FSD, The American Center) in the aspects of social development, governance, humanitarian assistance, human rights and legal protection, academic, and health. I hold a Bachelor degree with a major in English from Yangon University of Distance Education before I got the Bachelor of Business (Management and Marketing) from Griffith University, and a number of diplomas and certificates regarding business and secretarial management, social science and public policy. I strive in sharing and learning, and spend time in sharing online information and opportunities through my networks. As a lifelong learner, I always try to engage in learning something new (new skill/knowledge/ability and so on). I can forget and forgive everything with good music and movies, at least temporarily.
