Over time, I’ve developed a high level of independence, along with strong problem-solving and leadership skills. I currently manage a team, ensuring smooth operations, driving process improvements, and consistently delivering high-quality results.

I hold a degree in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University, which strengthened my communication skills and deepened my understanding of language.
