Technical Writer
Working in a team of thirty technical writers, I was responsible for documenting several components of the Business Objects software package designed to help companies access, analyse and share data.
These projects included the Oracle Portal Integration Kit and the WebIntelligence JSP tag library API. I documented their deployment on both two-tier (client server) and three-tier (WAN) architecture.
I worked closely with developers and project managers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery of accurate documentation.
Target audiences included potential customers, systems administrators, developers, and end-users.
