Source text - English 2.1 An agreement establishing obligations binding upon XXX shall be based on the contents of a written order placed by XXX. The Supplier is obliged to sign and return an order form immediately, but no later than ten days after its being sent by XXX. XXX will not be bound by any modifications to its order form unless expressly accepted by XXX in writing.
