Bio
I have worked as a translator for several years, for example with TIScover, where I translated Austrian tourism websites into English. I have also worked with the German Titelbild translation and subtitling company in Berlin.

In 2004 I did an internship with the European Commission (DGT) in Luxembourg. My translations of EU documents were revised by senior colleagues who regularly called them excellent. I am up to date in international affairs, as I am working for Austrian television. I subtitle news and information programs for the hearing-impaired.

Apart from that, I also have practical experience in the field of education. I have worked as a teacher of English, Spanish and German in several countries and I have studied at universities in Austria, Spain and the United States.

Since I’ve started to study languages, I’ve been interested in foreign countries, their culture and their relationship to Europe and Austria.
