Translation - English I chose to write this book to share with you a rediscovery I had some years ago while I was reading some books by some wonderful authors. I am using the word “rediscovery” because it is something I intuitively understood as a child and something I believe that every child in this world understands in the same fashion. This rediscovery is the power of creative anticipation which is also known as faith, positive thinking or positive beliefs.

I am currently working both in Translation/Editing; In my spare time I work as an English teacher. I have experience translating medical terminology including laboratory results between English and Spanish as well as literary texts and self-help books. I have also worked as the marketing contact for an exporting company for all of their French and Spanish-speaking clients. As a part of that job I worked constantly translating marketing texts, advertising texts, and business proposals.
As my undergrad degree is in French and Spanish Literatures I am familiar with literary styles and love the challenge of rendering an author's style into a new language. Additionally, I have experience in the area of customs paperwork and shipping manifests. I am currently pursuing a MA degree in Applied Linguistics.
