Source text - Arabic لكي يقوما مقامنا وينبا عنا وبأسمنا بصفتنا المذكورة أعلاه بتمثيلنا أمام جميع المصارف والبنوك والمؤسسات المالية من أجل فتج الحسابات من أي نوع كانت باسم الشركة المذكورة أعلاه والتوقيع على جميع المعاملات والطلبات اللازمة لذلك، وايداع الشيكات في الحسابات المفتوحة العائدة للشركة المذكورة أعلاه مع حق بيع ما يشاءا من الأسهم التي تملكها الشركة في سوليدير ممن يشاءا ويريدا ولقاء المبالغ والشروط التي يراها الوكيلان موافقة ومناسبة وقبض الثمن بموجب شيكات والإقرار بالقبض، واجراء التحويلات عن طريق التحويلات المصرفية أو الشيكات مع حق تجيير هذه الشيكات والتوقيع عليها وعلى كافة المعاملات والأوراق والعقود اللازمة لذلك، مع حق تمثيل الشركة امام المحاكم كمدعي أو مدعى عليه، مع المرافعة والمدافعة عن الشركة أمام كافة المحاكم والسلطات المختصة بكل ما يتعلق بالشركة المذكورة أعلاه وبأي نزاع كان يتعلق بها وضد أي شخص كان وبأي موضوع كان وارسال الإنذارات والإخطارات وتوقيع الإستدعاءات والدعاوى والمراجعة امام كافة المحاكم الإبتدائية والإستئنافية والتمييرية مع حق الصلح والإسقاط والإبراء والإقرار والتبلغ والتبليغ وإتخاذ محل إقامة مختار، وكالة عامة بالخصوص المذكور أعلاه مفوضة لقول الوكيلان ورايهما وفعلهما.
Translation - English To act in our stead and name in our above-mentioned capacity to represent us before all banks and financial institutions in order to open bank accounts of any type whatsoever in the name of the above-mentioned company, to sign all required formalities to this effect, deposit checks in the opened bank accounts pertaining to the abovementioned Company along with the right to sell any of the shares that the Company owns in Solidere hence from any party whatsoever and for the amounts and conditions that the two agents deem appropriate, to collect the price through checks and confirm collection, to make transfers through bank drafts or checks along with the right to endorse these checks and sign them as well as on all the formalities, papers and contracts necessary to this effect, along with the right to represent the Company before courts as Plaintiff or Defendant, to plead and defend the Company before the courts and competent authorities in all that is related to the aforementioned Company and in any litigation concerning the Company and against any person and in any matter whatsoever, to send notes and notices, to sign motions and legal actions, to have recourse to all courts of first instance, appeal and cassation along with the right of conciliation, assignment, discharge, confirmation, to serve and receive notifications, and to elect domicile, thus a general concerning the aforementioned mandated to the pronouncement, opinion and action of the two agents.
