I'm co-founder and Managing Partner of Veritas Traducción y Comunicación, S.L., a quality-certified (ISO 9001 and EN 15038) boutique translation practice serving institutional and corporate clients. We work between Spanish and English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

I'm involved as either translator or reviser in
every Spanish-to-English job we do, from 300-page reports to 3-line
social media posts, and perform final linguistic QA on all the work we
deliver in English.

Our clients fall into 4 main categories: (i)
governmental organisations (at national, EU and international level),
(ii) financial institutions, (iii) research centres (universities,
institutes and foundations) and (iv) corporates.

For our
governmental and financial clients, we mostly translate reports, studies
and analyses, while for universities and research centres, the
documents are usually papers intended for publication in
English-language scientific and academic journals with a high impact
factor rating.

The translations we do for corporates, meanwhile,
tend to be more varied and span everything from user manuals and
software through to legal documents and marketing content.
