I am an Italian university student of the Foreign Languages Faculty in Verona(north-east of Italy). Amongst my favourite hobbies there are reading (especially English Linguistics), jogging and going out with my friends. I am a really outgoing, tidy and talkative person. I have got one brother and one sister, aged 21 and 10. My father has left two years ago, so I had to help my mother taking care of my sister, namely looking after her during the Christmas, Easter and part of the Summer Holidays and sometimes picking her up at school.
In the year 2001 I took my Scuola Media exam (GCES) and then move to “Lavinia Mondin” European Languages College and there I graduated in 2006 with the final exam mark 100/100 (A). In Spring 2004 I attended the Cambridge University’s ‘PET’ exam (level B1 of English of the European Council) and passed it with grade: “Pass with merit”. In April 2005 I attended the Cambridge University’s ‘First Certificate in English’ exam (Level B2 of the European Council) and passed with A. The same year I took my B1 level certificate in German at the ‘Goethe Institut’ (Verona). In Spring 2005 I was awarded a grant by the Veneto Region on the purpose of spending six months studying English and English linguistics in the United Kingdom. Thus, I enrolled at Bell College (Saffron Walden), where I studied English, English linguistics and History. In October 2006 I enrolled at Verona University’s Foreign Languages Faculty, where I passed the Advanced English exam (Level C1 of the Council of Europe) with grade B.
During the Summer Holidays of the years 2003, 2004 I worked as a cook at McDonalds (Verona).
