I am electronic engineer (France, 1975) with a Master degree (France, 1978, Canada 1985), with more than 15 years in manufacturing enterprises (Food, 5 yrs and Oil / Gas 11 yrs).
I was Director in a Government Ministery in Venezuela for 3 yrs.
In 2002 I was nommed as a Center of Excellence Member in PDVSA (Venezuela Petroleum and Gas Company).
I was worked in several Universities of Venezuela as Contracted Professor.
