• Near native command of the Serbian language due to Serbian parents. I grew up bilingually and attended 8 years of voluntary Serbian classes for children of Serbian parents in Germany.
• Excellent command of the English language due to university degree in North American Studies (BA in North American Studies and Musicology from Humboldt University Berlin).
• Extensive work experience both as freelance translator and in various employments, e.g. assistant to the English newsroom at an international TV station, case worker/translator/interpreter (German/Bosnian/English) for war refugees.
