Source text - English Reinstatement. In the event Licensee notifies XXX of its decision not to renew Maintenance following the conclusion of the applicable Maintenance Term as specified in Section 6.3.2 above, Licensee may later request XXX to reinstate Maintenance, provided Licensee has a Supported Release of the Software. In such event XXX shall reinstate Maintenance and Licensee shall pay XXX a maintenance reinstatement fee equal to the cumulative standard Maintenance charges applicable for the Maintenance terms during which Maintenance lapsed, in addition to the Maintenance charges for the then-current Maintenance Term. In the event Licensee does not have a Supported Release of the Software and Licensee wishes to order Maintenance, Licensee shall be entitled to order Services from XXX under the Professional Services Agreement for the purpose of upgrading the Software to the current Software release, in order to enable Licensee to order Maintenance.

В случае если лицензиат сообщит компании XXX свое решение не возобновлять техническое сопровождение по завершении применимого периода технического сопровождения, установленного в разделе 6.3.2 выше, лицензиат вправе в дальнейшем обратиться к компании XXX с заявкой на возобновление технического сопровождения, при условии, что у лицензиата имеется поддерживаемая версия программного обеспечения. В этом случае компания XXX обязуется возобновить техническое сопровождение, и лицензиат обязуется уплатить компании XXX плату за возобновление технического сопровождения, равную суммарным стандартным комиссиям за техническое сопровождение, применимым к периодам технического сопровождения, на время которых предоставление технического сопровождения было приостановлено, дополнительно к комиссиям за техническое сопровождение за текущий на тот момент период технического сопровождения. 3.1. В случае неисполнения или ненадлежащего исполнения одной из сторон своих обязательств по настоящему Договору она обязана возместить другой стороне причиненные таким неисполнением убытки.
3.2. В случае нарушения Заемщиком сроков уплаты суммы займа, указанной в п. 1.1 настоящего Договора, установленных графиком погашения задолженности, Заемщик уплачивает Займодавцу неустойку в размере 0,01% от общей суммы займа за каждый месяц просрочки.
3.3. Взыскание неустойки или возмещение убытков не освобождает сторону, нарушившую Договор, от исполнения обязательств по настоящему Договору.
3.4. В случаях, не предусмотренных настоящим Договором, имущественная ответственность определяется в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ.

3.1. In the event of non-performance or improper performance of its obligations under the Agreement by any party hereto, such party shall reimburse the other party for any losses caused by such non-performance or improper performance.
3.2. In the event that Borrower should violate any maturity dates set in accordance with the debt repayment schedule for repayment of the loan amount specified in Clause 1.1 hereof, Borrower shall pay to Lender a penalty at a rate of 0.01% of the total amount of the loan per month of delay.
3.3. Recovery of penalty or loss indemnity shall not discharge the party in violation hereof from its obligations hereunder.
3.4. In cases not covered by this Agreement, financial liability shall be determined subject to the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

Translation - English We had to bend to the new commander’s will; we had been trying every possible way to solicit his sympathy but to no avail; not that kind of man he was. Shall it be God’s will that we endure misfortune, easier to bear it with a clever person; what a stupid officer it was, descending from peasants and granted the rank of captain. He was thinking himself to be a person of great importance that should hold us with all the cruelty possible as if we were criminals; he would even scorn to talk to us and yet he used to come for a dinner with all his self-conceit. Imagine just this; is it in character with an intelligent man? What did he use to wear: a soldier jacket over a shirt, and shoes that he put on bear feet, and dressed like that he would seat with us. I was the youngest one and thence intemperate, I can not keep from laughing when I see such a ridiculous posing. Having seen or, probably, managed to notice that I am laughing at him, he said with laughter: "You are happy now that all my books were burnt; otherwise I would have a word with you.” No matter how bitter I felt, I still tried to get him to talk but he would not tell me anything besides that.
