Grundsätzlich ist es ein Studio, wo ich mein eigenes Badezimmer habe und ein anderes Zimmer mit Bett und einer Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, alles im Studio inbegriffen? Ist das so richtig? Wenn ja, dann ist es perfekt.
Auch würde ich, wie ich bereits Herrn XXXXXX und Frau XXX sagte, einen Parkplatz benötigen, da ich aus Italien mit dem Auto anreise. Ist das ebenfalls inklusive?
