I am an ambitious linguist eager to share my skills and work in something that I'm passionate about - foreign languages and communication. My intentions are to provide a translation service of the highest possible quality, all the while considering the author's requirements and needs. My love for language and communication is what drives these ambitions.

As well as a degree in Modern Languages from Durham university, I have professional experience translating closed captions from ES-EN (including LAES-USEN) for clients such as Netflix and Amazon. Additionally I take part in the proof-reading and editing process when it is requires of me. I am currently contracted to translate SP-EN for surprise travel agency, WowTrip. 

Furthermore, I studied French translation at university level, and have no doubt in my ability to translate from French into English, after having lived and worked in the country. I have no experience in Italian-English translation, however I can apply the same skills I have acquired throughout my academic and professional career to a relevant translation task.

I'm a native UK English speaker, and it would be my pleasure to translate anything general (eg. websites, CVs, articles, literary texts) into fluent, cohesive English. My abilities to translate into my non-native language are less, however I am happy to do this if I feel comfortable with the grammatical level/register.
